30 Weeks. 75% Complete.

30 Weeks. Baby is the Size of a Cheesecake Factory Cheesecake

Total Weight Gain/Loss? 20 lbs.
Stretch Marks? No
Sleep? The pregnancy insomnia has been in full force! Definitely my worst pregnancy symptom right now. I am up for 2 or 3 hours some nights. It’s tiring. Sneaking in naps when I can to help.
Best moment this week? It’s officially spring! Longer days and warmer temps have been amazing!
Miss Anything? No
Movement?  Yes, and I have been feeling baby hiccups!
Food cravings? Nothing really
Anything making you queasy or sick? No
Gender?  Bran says boy very confidently. He says it fits the pattern.
Labor Signs? No but I do have very mild Braxton Hicks everyday
Belly Button in or out? Out, which Amelia loves because it matches her outtie. I need to get a picture of our matching bellies sometime.
Wedding rings on or off? On
How is mama feeling? Amazing when I feel rested. Physically I feel great!
Looking forward to? Getting outside, Easter

I only have 10 more weeks (or less) to go, I can’t believe it. I am amazed how good I feel. I really think staying more active, mostly with some strength training has really helped. I haven’t been experiencing any back pain or swelling. We’ll see how long it lasts. I know some of the hardest weeks are ahead.

Aaron and Joe got a start on our much anticipated basement finishing project. Aaron spent 4 days here and was able to get some plumbing moved and most of the framing done.

The highlight of the last couple weeks was St. Patty’s Day. The Dublin parade didn’t happen again this year which was kind of a bummer. Hopefully next year! The kids celebrated at school and wore green with all their friends. We also made a green dinner at Bran’s request. Bran told me it was the best dinner ever!! We sang happy birthday to Buddy (9) and Izzy (12) too because St. Patty’s day is their unofficial birthday.

Amelia and Brannock had picture day at school. Amelia tried to wear her Elsa dress. I told her no and there were a lot of tears. Eventually she settled for one of her pink dresses. Should be interesting coordinating outfits for maternity and newborn pictures. Shannon from Hawthorn sent me these picture updates as they were waiting in line to have their pics taken and said “all siblings casually stand like this when they are waiting in line, right?” They love each other. It will be so interesting to see where number 3 falls in the mix.

Other than that, we happily enjoyed a gorgeous sunny weekend! We also went to visit the Burgers in Beavercreek. The kids had a great time playing and we even got to have adult conversation. Unfortunately neither of us got any pics. I guess we were too busy enjoying the company.
